Bomgar (www.bomgar.com) is a remote access appliance that allows help desks to gain remote access to servers and workstations in a secure manner, with two-factor authentication integrated into the appliance for maximum protection of remote connections.  STHI uses this appliance to support many of its customers, and can both authenticate and audit all activity of its network engineers when they remotely access any customer through the Bomgar remote access software.
